After confirming your eligibility on the funding information page, you can enrol in a funded place for BSB41415 Certificate IV In Work Health And Safety in two ways.
Enrol Online: Complete the form below
Enrol Offline: Download the student handbook which contains an enrolment form in the last pages of the document. You can fill this out online and return to Workplace Dimensions by scanning and email or post.
Refundable Deposit For CSQ Funded Place – $395*
* This registration fee is fully refundable when you submit your assessment and are deemed competent. You will need to pay the refundable deposit of $395 in full to confirm your place in the program.
You must meet the eligibility criteria and funding is limited. Program fee without funding is $1,845. Program fee includes all materials, assessment, morning and afternoon tea and lunch each day.

Before you start enroling:
1. Read the handbook
Before enrolling in this program, ensure you’ve downloaded and understood the student handbook.
It explains your rights as a participant in our programs and the policies and procedures relevant to your enrolment into nationally recognised qualification program including the cancellation, refund and transfer policy, including what happens if we cancel a program.
By clicking "Enrol Now" on the last page of your enrolment form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within the handbook.
2. Create your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
Each student need sto have an Australian Government Unique Student Identifier (USI). This creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training providers you've undertaken recognised training with since 1 January 2015. You will also be able to produce a comprehensive transcript of your training. This can be used when applying for a job, seeking a credit transfer or demonstrating pre-requisites when undertaking further training.
You'll need some identification ready to create your USI.
To create your USI, have at least one form of current and valid ID handy, either:
- Australian Passport
- Non-Australian Passport (with Australian Visa)
- Australian Birth Certificate
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Green Medicare Card
- Certificate Of Registration By Descent
- Citizenship Certificate
