The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the essential nationally recognised qualification you’ll need to be a trainer in your area of expertise.
NOTE: Workplace Dimensions designed this program to incorporate the requirements of the new TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
This program gives you the knowledge set, mindset and skill set to ensure you’ll be able to effectively train people, in both one-on-one, group and classroom settings and make sure those you’ve trained meet the required learning outcomes including to the level required by national standards.

If you complete the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in our new format, if and when we are successful in adding the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to our scope in 2017, we will issue you with the new qualification upon request, and at no charge.
How? Because we have already mapped all the competencies into the program you do with us. Easy. That way you get what you need now, knowing the longevity of your training is assured.
Should we not be successful in adding it to our scope, we will provide you with the mapping evidence for Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) with another RTO.
For those who have completed the TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment, your qualification is still valid and will be until ASQA advise if any upgrades will be required.

Our TAE program runs over a total of 8 days, covering the 10 units you need to complete, with time to apply what you have learned back in the workplace.
Class Times: 9.00am-5.00pm.
Prior to program: Pre-course data about your experience and desired outcomes is required to be completed prior to the program. People who undertake this program are motivated to gain their qualification in an engaging face to face environment with a skilled and experienced facilitator.
We’ve designed this high impact training with activities created to support you undertake many of your assessments in the classroom. Should you need further support to complete your qualification after the classroom sessions are complete, the Workplace Dimensions coaching team is available to you.
(GST is not applicable on accredited training).
Cost includes all materials, assessment, morning and afternoon tea each day for all programs.
Lunch is also provided each day in Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney.
Our program is specifically designed for those with some experience in presenting to groups, training, coaching, facilitating or leading small teams. Our program design builds on your current knowledge and enhances your depth of understanding of the training and the VET sector.
While there are no educational prerequisites for this course, English language proficiency and literacy skills are needed to complete the course in the required time frame. The program also requires competency in using a computer or tablet devices for research. Please let us know when you enrol if we can support you.
